The upstairs apartment has 2 bedrooms both with Queen size beds. 

Downstairs the rear bedroom has a super-king bed which can be split into two long singles.

There is a King Bed in the main area downstairs.

There is also a sofa bed and a rollaway bed available depending on the sleeping configurations required.

The whole property can sleep 8 people maximum.

There is the full kitchen upstairs and in the downstairs area there is a mini kitchenette area for preparing drinks and a fridge for extra food/drink storage with easy access to the outside bbq area.

The downstairs lounge area is a combined sleeping /entertainment area.  There is 2 couches for relaxing on and watching TV.

This works great when you have two families staying together or let the kids chill downstairs while the adults relax upstairs.

Upstairs bathroom with shower, toilet, vanity, washing machine and laundry tub.

Downstairs has a bathroom with shower and vanity.

1 x separate toilet.

There is a pull out sofa bed in the downstairs lounge

Book the upstairs apartment only – consisting of:

For up to 5 people you can enjoy the whole property but just the upstairs apartment.  Great for enjoying the sea and mountain view without the extra cost of the whole house.

There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with Queen Beds.

The sunroom area can also have a rollaway bed for 1 extra person.

1 x shower, vanity and toilet in the bathroom

 

Upstairs there is a comfy lounge suite and various chairs to relax, look at the view, watch TV.  There is a toy box for toys and games for the whole family.

1 x Washing Machine and laundry tub in the bathroom

Gas Hob, Oven, Gas Hob, Fridge/freezer, Nutribullet, and plenty of plates and bowls for cooking if you want to.

On the deck upstairs there is outdoor dining/setting for up to 8 pax.

Downstairs in the bbq area there is a table for 6 pax plus various outdoor seats and bean bags.

Cleaning Fee

Dogs – particularly shedding dogs do create extra work at cleaning time so we do charge an additional cleaning fee.

Nobody wants to step in your doggie’s do, so you will be required to clean up your dogs mess and put it in the rubbish bin on site.
